These disclaimers apply to all Mergify Digital products, including PropShield Webhook Firewall, the OmniSaaS Suite and its included tools, PuzzleForge Cloud, PrintReady DPI, RuleGuard Consistency, and TaxAppeal Packet Builder. They supplement each product’s own guide and disclaimer.

1. Not financial or trading advice

Mergify Digital products are software utilities and educational calculators. They are not financial, investment, or trading advice, and Mergify Digital is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial planner.

• PropShield Webhook Firewall filters and routes webhook alerts according to settings you configure. It does not recommend, select, or evaluate trades or strategies.
• RuleGuard Consistency performs arithmetic on daily profit-and-loss figures you enter, against a percentage you set. It does not advise you to trade, how much to trade, or whether any prop firm will pay you.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including futures, stocks, options, and crypto. You can lose some or all of your money, and in some markets more than your deposit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No result is guaranteed by any product: alerts can be blocked, delayed, misconfigured, or forwarded in ways you did not intend; calculators are only as correct as their inputs and the rule you enter. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your configuration, and compliance with any broker or prop-firm rules that apply to you. Consult a qualified, licensed financial professional for financial advice.

2. Not tax advice

TaxAppeal Packet Builder is a worksheet organizer, not tax advice. It arranges figures you supply about your property and comparable properties into a PDF worksheet.

• It does not verify any property, assessment, comparable, or deadline.
• It does not file, submit, or track any appeal.
• It does not guarantee that an appeal will be accepted or successful, or that any tax will be reduced.

Property-tax rules, evidence standards, forms, and deadlines vary by county and change over time. Check your county’s current official process and deadlines yourself, and consult a qualified tax professional, appraiser, or attorney for advice about your property.

More generally, no Mergify Digital product provides tax, legal, accounting, or appraisal advice or determinations — including tools that perform screening-style calculations (for example, a wage/work-period screening worksheet, which is not a legal determination of what anyone is owed).

3. No compliance or certification claims

No Mergify Digital product certifies compliance with anything. In particular:

• No product makes any accessibility or WCAG claim or certification
• No product certifies compliance with tax, employment, securities, real-estate, fair-housing, print/marketplace, Amazon KDP, or any other regulatory, platform, or industry standard or rule set
• A tool that checks a figure against a number you enter (for example, a consistency percentage or a DPI metadata value) is performing that check only — it is not certifying that you, your file, or your business complies with the underlying rule

4. Outputs are based on your inputs; results vary

Most products calculate, format, or generate files from information you supply, without independently fetching or verifying that information unless a product expressly states otherwise. Incorrect inputs produce incorrect outputs. Results vary by user, inputs, configuration, market conditions, and third-party platforms — examples, estimates, and sample figures in any listing or guide are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.

5. Third-party platforms

Products may be used alongside third-party services (including Whop, TradingView, brokers and routing services, Amazon KDP, Etsy, and print-on-demand platforms). Those services are not controlled by Mergify Digital, their rules and availability change, and no product guarantees acceptance, approval, listing, payout, or any other action by any third party.

6. Software provided “as is”

All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, as further stated in the Terms of Service. Back up your own files and records; do not rely on any product as your only copy or record of anything important.
