This Privacy Policy explains what information Mergify Digital (“we,” “us”) collects in connection with its digital products sold through Whop, and how it is used.

1. Purchases are processed by Whop

All sales of Mergify Digital products are made through Whop. Whop collects and processes your payment information (including card details) and checkout information under Whop’s own privacy policy and terms.

Mergify Digital does not receive, collect, or store your full payment-card data. Do not send card numbers or other payment credentials to us by email.

2. Information we may receive or collect

• Purchase and license information: the product purchased, purchase/license status, and the license or account identifiers needed to grant and verify access (received in connection with your Whop purchase).
• Support and delivery email: if you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, so we can deliver products, provide access, and answer support requests. Email is collected only for delivery and support purposes.
• Information you enter into tools: hosted tools process the figures, text, and files you supply in order to produce your result. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial-account, health, or credential information into any tool — the tools are not designed or secured for that kind of data.
